NOTICE OF TAX FORECLOSURE SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Guilford County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF GUILFORD vs. EXECUTIVE PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, and all possible assigns and successors of EXECUTIVE PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 18-CvD-8428, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 26th day of October, 2021, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Guilford County, North Carolina, Greensboro, North Carolina at 10:00 o'clock, the following described real property, lying and being in High Point Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: BEING known and designated as Unit A in Building 1825 of Executive Park Condominium as shown on the Plats and Plans of Executive Park Condominium recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 11 through 18, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Guilford County, NC. Together with a 3.70% undivided interest or such other undivided interest in the common areas and facilities allocated to said Unit by the Declaration of Executive Park Condominium recorded in Book 2659, Page 819, in the Office of the Register of Deed for Guilford County, NC (the "Declaration") as amended from time to time and all rights and easements appurtenant to said Unit as specifically enumerated in the Declaration and any amendments thereto.
