Watch: Run the Boro series' fourth season begins Saturday

The popular Run the Boro series, labeled as a "field trip for runners" by host Thad McLaurin of RunnerDude's Fitness, returns Saturday morning for a nine-week run in May and June.

The group runs, which take runners on a tour of Greensboro neighborhoods, past murals and monuments, are free and will begin at 7 a.m. in a different location each week.

Runners of all speeds and walkers are welcome. 

The series attracted nearly 700 different runners, with each Saturday run averaging about 275 participants with a high of 335, McLaurin says.
