Darryl McDaniel, 43, was found guilty of second-degree attempted murder and his wife Tami, 33, of second-degree assault.McDaniel faces 12 years in prison, and his wife 10 years.

Authorities said McDaniel went to Richard Stirn's house in Rochester last November with two guns, a pipe wrapped in electrical tape and a knife while his wife waited in the driveway the their van running.

McDaniel struck Stirn over the head twice with the pipe and fired a bullet that grazed his face, police said.
