A federal bankruptcy court judge has dealt a blow to San Diego evangelist Morris Cerullo's plans to revive the now-defunct PTL ministry. The trouble: A satellite lease contract through Home Box Office.

But Cerullo says he is going to continue to try to close the deal.Judge Thurmond Bishop ruled against Cerullo's preferential right to negotiate a contract extension for satellite time from HBO, which jeopardizes Cerullo's plans to beam his message around the world.
