James ``Shorty' Edward Lester of 9840 Martin St. died Wednesday at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Maplewood Cemetery.
He was a former employee of Modern Garbage Service and a native of Marion, S.C.
Surviving are daughters, Miss Tracy Lester of Durham, Miss Latisha Davis of Providence, R.I.
The family will be at 2004 Martin Luther King Drive, Greensboro.
Community Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
