Leaders of the World Jewish Congress stood outside the villa Tuesday where Nazi leaders plotted the Holocaust and recalled the 6 million dead, including brides and bridegrooms, rabbis and students and ``dreamers of Zion.'

The solemn ceremony in front of the Wannsee Villa, where Nazi leaders in 1942 mapped out the ``Final Solution,' was the most emotional part of the three-day World Jewish Congress in Berlin, which ended Tuesday.
