I am so sorry to read about Jamie. I remember him from High School at Bearden. He was always so kind and fun to be around. I know he loved being the DJ for dances and parties. Our class of 1978 was pretty close and Jamie was a major part of the reason because he was always such a great person to be around I am very sorry for your loss.
My deepest sympathies and best wishes go out to Jamey's family. I lived down the street from Jamey growing up and have lots of great memories from when we were kids. While I haven't seen him since I left Tennessee in the early 80s I remember nothing but the best. God bless you all during this time.
I am saddened to hear of Jamey's passing. I enjoyed the time I spent with him when we were in the Jaycees. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

Jamey was a great friend. The first guy to help you move furniture or otherwise help you out or volunteer. He loved his family, friends, dogs, and Tennessee football. Great memories of Jamey.

Jamey helped me get my first job in radio and I have many fond memories of the years I worked with him. His energy, his sense of humor, and his mad grilling skills will be missed. Rest In Peace, Jamey.

I worked with Jamey at WIVK in Knoxville many moons ago. I'm still there, but nearly made the move to Carolina with him and some of the rest of the DBC crew. He was part of a great radio family and we had many good times together. I didn't have much contact with Jamey in recent years, something I regret today. I wish you peace on your journey, old friend.
Jamey, always a gentleman and always kind. He was one of the many reasons I miss the South Elm Street area. A good soul...
I wish his family the peace and understanding of why God took him away from them so soon.
