``Achieving Peaceful Leadership in the Business World' will be the topic when Dadi Janki speaks at 7 p.m. Oct. 3 at Farr Associates, 4525 W. Wendover Ave., Greensboro.
Janki is vice president of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University, which has headquarters in Rajasthan, India, and has about 1,800 branches in 50 countries.Her visit is sponsored by the Brahma Kumaris Raja Yoga Center in Jamestown, which is run by Nancy Hammer.
Janki has been with the university for more than 50 years and is respected as an administrator, teacher and international leader.
She established major branches of the university around India before traveling to London in 1974 to begin founding branches in the West.
Billed as ``a master in the development of human potential,' Janki will share proven methods for achieving a peaceful and successful business environment. She will demonstrate techniques that can be implemented now by professionals at all levels.
According to a biography supplied by Hammer, Janki has been tested at universities in the United States, where researchers found that ``her brain waves never deviated from the Delta state, even while doing complicated math problems and while being provoked by testers.'
``She was declared by testers to have the most stable mind in the world,' the biography says.
