Mary Anne Goslen, LTG, of RE/MAX Landmark Realty in Greensboro has received the Leadership Training Graduate (LTG) designation from the Women's Council of REALTORS.Buyer's Resource - Otten Real Estate has won the Buyer's Resource 1995 National Advertising Award at the organization's convention. Sarah Otten, owner/broker of the company, accepted the award.

The following presentations were made at the March Membership Luncheon at the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association Inc.: Al Mitchell of Brande Real Estate was awarded the Certified Residential Specialist designation by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtors National Marketing Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The following new members were inducted: Chivis Adams, Urban Corp.; Vicklon Ballinger, Ballinger Properties; Mitchell Blevins, Century 21 Elliott Properties; Patricia Jo Caton, Buyer's Resource - Otten Real Estate; Jacquelyn Hill, Seawell Realtors; Debra King, Keller Williams Realty; Christopher Lohr, Falcon Real Estate; Samuel Lurey and Janet Mangus, Kriegsman & Associates; Elsie Nuckles, Henderson Realty; Daniel Rencher and Teresa Settelen, Prudential Carolinas Realty; Rita Spiker, Adams Farm Realty; Sandra Stevens, Urban Corp.; Mitzie Weatherly, Cornerstone Properties; Susan Welikonich, Re/Max of Greensboro; William Wyble, Preston & Geraci; and Wendon Vail, Kriegsman & Associates. Affiliates are: Andy Pilcher, CTX Mortgage; Scott Shina, Piedmont Natural Gas Co.; and James Floyd, Adview Home Inspections Inc.

John Davis, Greensboro area president of Fortis Homes, received a service award from the King-based home builder.

Preston & Geraci agents, Lynn Brady and Belva Moore, have completed the Leadership Development Program sponsored by the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association.
