The Family Life Council of Greater Greensboro and the Northeast Guilford High School PTA will offer a workshop titled ``Talking with Adolescents about Sexuality' for parents and other adults who work with youths.

The workshop will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursdays, Nov. 5 and 12, in the media center at Northeast Guilford High School, 6700 McLeansville Road.

The two-part program is designed to teach parents about the normal developmental changes adolescents experience and ways they can improve communication with their children.During Session I, Dr. Anita Henderson, a family practice physician, will discuss physical, emotional and social development that causes changes in the behavior of adolescents and how to deal with those changes.

Session II, led by Cynthia Dorman, executive director of the Family Life Council, will cover social pressures, specific parent/child communication techniques, and assertiveness tips for parents to work on with teens.

There is no fee for the program, but preregistration is required. To preregister, call the Family Life Council at 333-6890.
