The Greensboro Police Department is still getting calls from the Dec. 17 broadcast of ``America's Most Wanted.'

The show was about James Donald King, 45, who has been a fugitive since Gloria King was found shot to death in the front yard of Jones Elementary School on South Street Sept. 11, 1988. He is charged with murdering his second wife after serving six years in prison for the 1967 shotgun slaying of his first wife, Shirley, at Morningside Homes.Tipsters link King to places in New York, South Carolina, Georgia, California, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Kentucky, said Loman Scott, a Greensboro police detective.

``Our hottest lead was in Florida,' Scott said. ``We were about three weeks behind him. He had been working at a foundry in Jacksonville.'

So far, 41 calls have come in. The most recent one was last week.
