REIDSVILLE — After attending an African Children’s Choir concert last year in Charlotte, as well as one previously in Maine, Nancy Lavoie knew Reidsville and the surrounding communities would be blessed if she could persuade the choir to perform in Reidsville. She and her husband were mesmerized by the energetic children showing the love of Jesus Christ through song and dance. Lavoie is the outreach ministry facilitator at Covington Wesleyan Church in Reidsville and was able to schedule the choir to perform at the church at 7 p.m. September 12.
